Terms of Use
These terms and pricing apply to personal use commissions.
Payment is for a digital commission which will be delivered via email. No physical copy will be delivered.
Artist retains right to use image for promotional and merchandising purposes.
Client may post, redistribute, and crop image for personal online use with attribution.
Artist is not liable for lost image files after completion and is not obligated to retain file after image has been completed.
After payment is received and work has began refunds and cancellations are not available.
Revisions are allowed based on artists' error. Additional revisions not based on artist error are subject to additional charges and artist discretion.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission.
I will invoice your email provided via paypal. Upon receiving payment I will begin artwork.
I’m willing to work from written description, but any visuals are preferred so we are both happy with the outcome. Sketches, photo reference, and image inspiration are welcome.
Average time for a commission varies on type, complexity, and my workload. Turnaround may be anywhere from 1 - 2 weeks or less.
Your commission may vary from example images. Please ask for specific expectations at order or I will exercise artistic freedom in creation.
